Steroids are brutal
Feb. 28th, 2023 10:09 pmI've never had this problem before (but my coworker has) I could not sleep. I am not sleepy now. OMG. I'm functioning on 3 hours sleep. My sugar is still insane. Sigh. If nothing else I read almost all of the Ballad of Black Tom last night (very good).
The hand is feeling good and thank you for the congrats. Is anyone interested in beta reading the novel or at least the beginning of it. That's where the pacing issues were and where I need to do more work (to be honest, I wrote that for nano several years back and then finished the novel a few years later so there was a disconnect and the original beta reader shut down on everyone 2 years ago now so I can't ask her).

Huh I almost didn't post in April and November. I get the latter as that's nano month but April?!?
And since I forgot Music Monday have some today. I give you the same song...sort of. The first is the season 3 intro to The Owl House where we do have the normal theme but also this has great characterization for the characters and one of the sweetest bi/lesbian coming out scene ever.
The follow up is actually the finale of Season 2 and it's the same theme (part of it) slowed down and it sounds like a minor key rendition and how much more ominous it sounds
