If somehow the garage door didn't come all the way down or the little monsters stepped on the remote and opened it but it was open this morning. Yikes. the weird thing is we're having a massive cool down. Its not even been 80 all week so the pool is pretty cold. I'm loving it.

Work woes continue but at least I figured out the online agita. As I age, I find I struggle to read instructions. I can, however, watch a video and do it just fine. It's very annoying to me however.

I ended up clicking away from Carnival Row. I got through the first episode of Cabinet of Curiosities. I'm not sure I'm up for episodic horror. I mean I AM but I'm down to less than 3 days of watching time so I need to pick and choose more carefully. I won't get thru Vinland Saga sadly. I'll be lucky to get thru Wednesday or Good Omens.

What I Just Finished Reading:

Case of the Bleus a mystery arc from netgalley. I enjoyed it but the ending was a bit bleh.

Camp Arcanum - renn fair crafting and paganism. I should have loved it. I didn't. It was okay

Malum - A steampunk paranormal that wasn't bad but really needed character growth.


What I am Currently Reading:

Killer Crust - a cozy mystery centered around a pizza maker and her sister. It's not half bad except the sisters think they're better than the cops and are super annoying about it.

Not in Hollywood - another cozy/romance with a sleuth who is a personal manager to movie stars (and has been blackmailed into sleuthing by the police who needed an in to that particular jet set, which could have been achieved by other means so that's annoying)



What I Plan to Read Next: The Reformatory by Tananarive Due, The Diabolical Miss Hyde, and The Widows
