Honestly I thought both were good but not terribly memorable. Carmilla has pacing issues (which to be fair could be a result of the publisher going you have X number of issues to tell the whole story).

Les Normaux is too much romance for me (I prefer it as a subplot but I thought I'd give this a try) and I found the main character a little bland. I liked the vampire and the side characters more. that said it has really nice art.
