Oh but it's not a sandwich, I don't have any idea what could've possibly given you that idea! Don't you see that it's a salad? The donut happens to be a little incentive for your "meat and potato" man to eat his cottage cheese prunes donut salad. (I wonder if they're taking the piss regarding vegetarianism? Asking someone who'd eat potatoes to have donuts instead sounds counter-intuitive.)

The thing I find fascinating about that whole thing is that its purpose is to sell you the mushroom soup. But there's no point in telling people that it's an easy and quick meal to make if the result makes you feel sick just looking at it.
