Thanks Guys

First off thanks for the concern. I appreciate it. Sigh. Opened the mail box and found three more medical bills. I think I get less concerned than you all because I've been so sick for so long I honestly no longer care.

But I did get teh appointment changed. I'll be there on friday. In between TWO exams. Okay that'll be insane. I'll let you know what happens.

I have the eye doctor appointment tomorrow and I'm dreading that more. I pretty much know what's going on down below but this eye trouble is puzzling and disturbing.

And on a work related note- ARGH to the bimodal curve, a little spike of A's and a HUGE spike of F's. Seriously what more do they want. I actually told them BEFORE the exam the essays I was putting on it. The spoon is so far down their throats, it's coming out their asses and yet nothing gets absorbed. Sob.

And I've been using powerpoint outlines that come with my text book. They're beautiful, cut my work, have all teh text book graphics etc etc. Usually I just have to add a little. I opened up bone today and there's NOTHING. Just a review of the skeleton. Nothing. no bone cellular stuff, no types of bone, no how bones form. Yeah I'll be typing my little fingers off tonight

and gakked from Ninerva (it's a meme with an endless source of stupidity)

I do teach anatomy and phys and yes there are essays on my exams along with fill in the blank, true/false and multiple choice. MOSTLY they're jocks and I take no pity on them for that.

Though this crew was my non-majors in gen bio. The first A&P test is this week

Ah well, I'm an anomaly of sorts. A Science jock, who loves drama and English *G*.

I'm interested to know in what kind of essays would you put on these?

For example on the upcoming test possibilities include - Describe the 3 stages of wound healing and what happens in each stage, along with the 4 hallmarks of inflammation

What are the five layers of the epidermis and explain what happens in layer in regards to keratinization

What is the difference between a dehydration synthesis and an hydrolysis and what do they do

Oh I see. I guess when I think essay.. I think essay, intro, thesis, body, conclusion. But what you're really saying is a long answer question worth like 10 marks or something.

I see now. It's all so clear :D

yes short answer essay. I could make them do the other but then I'd have to read them. I dont' want to do that

This is a tiny college. No such thing as a T.A. here
