because i know you care

I'm lucky that my anatomy mid term from last semester was pretty darn good since I'm just revamping it for tomorrow because I got sick. Yeah. Bronchitis is trying to get in the door. I want my mommy. In lieu of that I made stratticelli soup.

And I'm going to have to get innovative to enable my students in the non major class to pass...looking at the 5 most missed questions and letting them redo them (WITH notes) for 1% point apiece, due in ONE day's time. (and some STILL won't pass)

off to make edits to my Spook 'Em ficathon story

and to make my physiology mid term!

So does that mean everything's equal??

[identity profile] cornerofmadness.livejournal.com 2006-10-24 02:41 am (UTC)(link)
no, that means you get whatever you earn. If you get 90-100% right you get an A (the highest mark) 80-89 = B and so forth until you get under 70% which isn't passing.

Ya but..we have to weigh the midterms (and labs) because we have more than one.

So what if I ace one midterm and fail the next?

at the end all the tests are averaged together

Well than it's essentially weighted, just evenly?

yes, tests count for 60% of the total grade in my anatomy class, lab 25% and quizzes 15%
