apparently YES especially when your mother has forgotten to inform you she put the brand new pizza pan (with the paper they always put on them) in the oven to store it.

Mom - I thought you'd see it there

Me - Mom how many times do YOU open the door before preheating the overn

Mom - um never

she doesn't just dye her hair blonde ladies and gentlemen.

Luckily I think i caught it before anything got too damaged. Head desk.

My brother won't have power until Wed or Thursday. The Parents spent nearly three hours picking up fallen branches. But none of us sustained any real damage from the spin off storms

I was really surprised I nabbed a weather egg the first time I saw them. Still can't get gold or silver!

I have turned on the oven to preheat and found I've left pans in there - the iron skillet with bits of meat clinging to it, or a cookie sheet full of yam slices we left in there to cool and forgot about... yada yada yada...

Yeah, I should remember and make that same rule, myself. What I WILL always do is set the neck to boil (when roasting turkey or chicken) and then walk off and forget it...

Yet the last three times I've been in the cave at the top of the hour, I've seen exactly THREE silver/gold eggs. *sigh*

Uh... yeah. And the counter top (note to self: do not put burning pan on ordinary counter top). I hope I never do that to our good new ones!
