Not Quite according to plan

I managed to get to the hospital for my blood draw but I was so tired I thought I'd crash. I'm STILL that tired. I'm glad that my exercise was canceled again today.

Found out my book rep is gone so now I have to start all over again with McGraw-HIll. GAH.

I have to renew my student loan income sensitive repayment thing but I can't tell what the hell I need nor can I find it online. I called AES. I was on hold for 35 minutes listening to them telling me that for quicker results call between the hours of 8-9 AM weekdays (I.e. when everyone is driving to work) and when it finally said 'connecting you' it connected me to dead air then disconnected entirely. HOW any company this incompentant stays in business I have no idea.

Ah, I had a similar experience when I was out of work and tried to reach the Arizona unemployment office. Never worked. Luckily I wasn't out of work for long.

Oh, geeze. I've gone through that myself with customer service. It sucks. Which reminds me, I need to go pay my Target bill, as I haven't gotten it yet. Oops.
