I forgot to mention last night

I saw the orthopedic surgeon for my ankle. He agrees with me, I need REAL physical therapy and not a stupid home therapy band. If it doesn't heal in a month then it's MRI time. I think it'll be fine. It just needed therapy since it's slowly getting better.
