4th: an hour of editing on my WIP, and a lot of meta comments. :-)

Day 3: 943 words on "Turning of the Year." Apparently all my efforts yesterday at shifting the focus of this chapter were for naught—all the characters want to keep focusing on the subplot I was trying to shift things away from. I guess I'm just going to have to let them work things out. There are events coming up before the end of the season (once completed, the fic will be 4 seasons of 7 chapters each. I'm currently in the 3rd chapter of the 3rd season) that should shift some of the focus elsewhere, but it's also entirely possible that this subplot will overtake those events as well.
