No signs of the return of the cancer on this visit. Woo hoo. Still have about 3 more ever 3 months on the cancer exams (think pap smear) weirdly they didn't reschedule me which is fine because I'd rather go back to the oncologist (I see my regular ob/gyn in the winter so I don't have to make the 75 mile drive down Rt 2) 'you're a trooper' she tells me after the whole 'sorry here's pressure' warning with the speculum. Doc, you haven't seen my toy box if you think this is gonna bug me.

My friend L is going to retire so that means yet another search committee for me to be on.

I couldn't find the skin prep at cvs or walmart. The pharmacist tried to gaslight me into believing it didn't exist. I'll call my endo tomorrow and see if she has a suggestion. if not I'll just put the device back on and get some from amazon or something (Amazon, Walmart they both suck but what can you do)

I hope you're able to find the skin treatment. Also, re: Walmart, etc., people keep bugling to STOP SHOPPING AT [insert evil store name here]. I'm like, "My friends, you mean well, but the nearest Costco is over an hour away, and I live in the north country, which means on a good day we have snow and ice. I am NOT hauling my sorry old ass over an hour for Costco when the Sam's Club to which I belong is ten minutes away. I'm sorry it's inconvenient for your political outrage, but I have to be realistic (and safe)."

As for Amazon, I've curtailed most of my shopping I'd done there, but there are a couple of things I just can't get hereabouts, so... Yeah, I know it's evil, but I do get tired of people behaving as though I'm single-handedly destroying America if I shop at Sam's Club or something. *sighs*

I know zero of these songs and the only show I know is wolf rain (i have like half of it in a dvd but missing the rest) but I don't remember anything with this Spanish feel to it. that said I doubt I've watched this in 20 years.

I'm curious if its the actual Dexcom or the covers that are causing your issues. I can't wear the covers because it irratates my skin, but the Dexcom seems fine.

That being said, I am curious about the skin prep. Will you link me when you find it?

the wire is making me bleed but I'm on blood thinners and I'm metal reactive so that's an issue.

It's 100% the cover that's the issue.
