ugh

I barely slept last night. I couldn't sleep over the sounds of my own wheezing and whenever I'd almost drift off more gunk would move up to block my airways. I'd have to get up and go to the bathroom to hack and hack (i do this in case I throw up. The valve between my stomach and esophagus doesn't close so this kind of pressure opens it up wide).

I'm now so exhausted my muscles are shaking and I could cry. Thankfully it's not a work day

Damn, that sucks. I do have to second the lemon and honey thing.
It doesnt *have* to be in whiskey, it can be in tea, or in tea with whiskey. But it does work. :)
