So I took Kanda to the vet and she had FIFTEEN kittens all out and lose in the lobby because two families were there. Ginko was in them and old enough to go (In fact one family took him. godspeed little Ginko). I was covered in kittens. Kanda was less impressed. they poked him in his box. One little girl hissed at him making herself all big, hysterical. I told mom about it and she said WHY didn't you get one? Fine mom, when you get here on friday we'll go do that.

Kanda got a steriod shot. As suspected, it IS dermatits from allergies. I told her I ruled out fungus on my own (but man it was way harder to do on cat skin than human). He should be fine. Good for a minute I was afraid I'd have a bald cat with elephant skin. She thinks he looks beautiful. I think he's getting pudgy. If i do go get a kitten/cat from her she'll take it back if it doesn't work out. She really wanted me to take the black and white kitten since I wanted a calmer one. He's real calm. He was hit by a car. He's brain damaged. Of course he's calm.

it's obvious that i've been feeling depressed lately. However this pro writing news really helps. check it out And now it's making me think hmmm maybe nano should be gay vegas vampires...

Another way I decided to cheer myself up was by moving the dissecting lab up. We're dissecting tomorrow. Twirls. That always makes me happy.

Mom keeps amending her trip. Now she's like eh maybe we should blow off Bobfest and go to the casino in WV instead. or whatever you want. That casino is only 60 miles from you. But whatever you want to do. We can go couch shopping on the way back from the renn fest since they're in the same direction and go to the casino on friday but whatever you want to do. Mom, wanna go to the casino?






Why am I his favorite chew toy? ignore my very furry legs. I have since shaved them. geez

Oh, yes, indeed. He likes to nip at my ankles/heels/toes when I'm sitting on the toilet, for example, or even get in a bite on my calf, which HURTS, dang it!

And yet I love him. Go figure!

Aw, kittehs. I hope they all find good homes, but especial yay! for Ginko. I hope they're a really good family.

The brain-damaged kitty is probably Iktomi trying to get back to you. And I'm sure Kanda wouldn't pick on him, not at all. (We had a mentally defective cat, Sweet Pea, who got picked on all the time. All the cool kids knew there was something wrong with her.)
