First I woke far too early and couldn't get back to sleep. I think part of this was 'can't oversleep, must call vet.' I did and said I know i was there yesterday. I'm NOT happy. There is blood all over my rug and floor (there was). This is an overgrown granuloma that needs dealt with. I mean Soul was bouncing everywhere. You couldn't tell his scrotum had to be painful as all hell. I even took a picture just in case.

So she said bring him in. I put him in the cage and finish dressing. Soul tries chewing his way out. I yell and he acts like I murdered him and begins this piteous crying. at least he gave up on it quickly. I get out there to find out someone drunkly parked his truck so 3 of us are blocked. Let me say this. We only really have ONE spot for apt but there are far more people here than that. They usually park behind their spouse/roommate so there is room. This time he's everywhere. No problem really except some fucktard parked RIGHT behind me. I had to jigger the car several times on the ice to get free.

I get back up that death trap driveway at the vets. THe office girl assures me I'll get to talk to the vet this time since i did make a point of a) I didn't mean for the other idiot office girl to interupt a surgery yesterday and I wanted to apologize b) I wanted to talk to her about SOul. I sit there waiting and the vet is talking to someone while I'm telling the girl about the blood. She said well there she is but the vet started talking to the other person and i didn't want to interupt. Normally she greets me no matter why i'm there this time she walks right past me back into the treatment area. The girl takes Soul back and comes out to tell me that he's just been licking hte area and irritated it. (If i didn't want everyone to have to look at cat ass I'd show you) and that the vet doesn't need to speak to me. She'll be keeping SOul over the weekend.

Okay I was a little pissed. I figured a) she's mad I'm making a big deal over this or b) she feels guilty that she didn't do the surgery right (she lets them heal by primary intention instead of putting in a stitch) so she doesn't want to talk to me. I'm letting it go for now but on monday when i pick him up. She IS freaking talking to me. I can find another vet which would make me sad. She's close by and until now I've really liked her. She's very good about taknig in emergencies fast.

The one bright spot is, while I was waiting, a lady comes in with a monsterously tall fawn Great Dane. He takes one look at me and starts climbing in my lap. He thrusts his head into the crook of my shoulder and licks me. LOVE ME HOLD ME. Dude. you're way too big for this buddy. He was a rescue. someone had starved and beaten him but still, he had such a happy time meeting new people.

Then I had to come home to talk to verizon AGAIN. I updated this week as prompted and ever since then i'llbe online and when midnight comes it turns into a pumpkin. It decides my username/password aren't valid and logs me off. I explain this and the tech guy's first response, it's not us it's YOUR computer. Dude, that is not the way to start this off. I explain again it was just fucking fine until this update. Eventually an hour later (it's always that long it not longer with Verizon) we have redownloaded it, uninstalled and reinstalled so we shall see. BTW, Verizon has no 24/7 tech support.

to top it all off, I got fast food for lunch and thought hmmm maybe it was too greasy and that's why I'm nauseated. well it's now like 8 hours later and I'm feeling worse. WAAH
