mid term week

does anything suck more? Do you have it graded yet? No. WHY? because you people keep stopping me and asking me do you have it graded yet. Are the grades in? No. Why? They're due in at 4 today. BUT...is it 4? I don't think so. Oh look you made me late. Now grades didn't get in until 5. Go live with it.

I'm going on spring break early. can i take my test early. NO. Don't come here telling me about your spring break in Cancun that you're leaving for 6 days early. You knew when spring break was. Suffer.

Am I still exhausted? Yes. Last night's dream. I couldn't get to the mid term today on time. Thanks brain. screw you too.

After eating okay for a few days I'm back to the if i eat I puke routinue. special.

I did get the landlord to make a date to come fix my door but not til May since the floor has to be cut away. I have to clean up a ton of shit for that to happen and board the cats somewhere.

my shoulder got all inflamed again. whimpers. the weight of the ice pack is causing so much pain it's making me nauseous.

But there is GOOD news. The quail eggs hatched. we have a couple dozen baby quail. i'll go take pictures if i can

We had pickled quail eggs in the fridge for years (we were afraid to eat them).

I believe Dodger flushed the quail and just stood there, nonplussed, as she rushed off pretending to be wounded. She moved so fast, I barely saw her.

What fun students. I like how mine start asking if they're marked yet two days after hand-in. How long do they think it takes?

We don't really have Spring Break here. Well, we have a break (only we call it the Easter holidays, even when we don't celebrate Easter?) but we don't have that institution where university students run away to get drunk and vomit over the streets of New Orleans/Cancun/Tijuana. This is obviously sad because it just sounds like so much fun for everyone who has to live in those places.

Those cars are extremely creepy. Brr!

hahaha well see you get a break being in the humanities. Try being in science where a lot of our tests are scantron with just a page or two of short answer essay and fill in the blank. I get grilled 15 mintues after the hand in.

Aw that's too bad. You could go puke on France or something if you did. I hate springbreak because their brains never come back from it.

Ah, we go puke on France and Spain all the time anyway. That's what some Brits like to do on regular holidays (not me, I just eat my body weight in cheese). Now Dublin is trendy so Brits go and puke there too. Lucky Dublin!

I think you should let your students go to Cancun early. The way things are down there, they will probably return to the States in body bags, if their bodies are ever found at all. Problem solved!
