This is one of my Dawn insert stories (okay, I think it's the only Dawn insert story per se, that I've ever written). I'm stunned at how long ago I wrote this already when it seems like yesterday.

COLLATERAL DAMAGE

Summary - Children are being murdered in Sunnydale and Buffy thinks Angel knows who's behind it
