And then comes this. This makes me furious. I loved Akira. It was amazingly badass anime for its time. I'm not even sure I like all this live-action remaking of animated movies. But this, this sucks. White Washing Akira

hee hee. I was all into the oddball comedy anime in the '80's - the Dirty Pair, Ranma 1/2, Urusai Yatsura, oh, and of course, the love for Nausicaa, and for Cosmo Police Justy. :D
