I would make it my home for life. No lie. Ghosts tend to make decent roommates so long as you don't overly irritate them like the idiots on the ghost hunting shows.

Actually grandma and grandpa kinda really did do this. It wasn't a murder it was a suicide in the room that was to be my father's childhood room. It's a little haunted, mostly just sad, no real activity other than that heavy feeling.

Our house either had a "watcher" or a "pedo" making his rounds. Not sure which. He either left or was subdued after telling him in no uncertain terms that he was NOT to visit rooms where people were sleeping, EVER. (Or he'd have witches and Priests exiling him to wherever.)

The store where I work was a different store before we opened a few years ago. There is a ghost there. One of coworkers name him Henry. He seems to be a bit of a prankster and likes to move things on us. I'm sure I've sen him too. I never see him while looking directly at where he is, but I've seen him sitting on ladders out of the corner of my eye.

My mom ran into a ghost like that too, though he/it actually sat down on the bed beside her while she was sleeping when she was in her early twenties. She said that she couldn't see anything but there was that very heavy feeling of being watched as well as the fact that there was a big slump in the mattress like someone was sitting there. Scared the mess out of her so bad that she put her clothes on outside the house and ran to get my grandma who was working down the street still...ghost seem to like to watch people while they sleep I guess.
