Weight off stuff since I'm too agitated to do a whole post - those five pounds are still off. no furthur success.

My older (new) neighbor was back wanting to help me for pay. I put her to work watering plants but if she thinks I can pay her weekly she's wrong. I feel sorry for her and her husband but I can barely keep myself a float. But since I've now been ordered to take it even easier than I have been on my arm I can find another twenty but that has to be for 2 weeks if not a month. She says she needs antibiotics for pneumonia (she has COPD from smoking). I'd rather just go buy her those frankly.

I need to find time to read the remaining big bangs that I have. I've been HORRIBLE about reading fanfic. I've forgotten to put up the kindle friendly version of my big bang

I accomplished nothing today but going over a test, a few lecture slides and I watched half heartedly at all four Indiana Jones movies (I only really truly like 1 &3) Indy has always felt like an old friend which is probably kinda pathetic.

I picked apart the remains of a roasted chicken for the furbags and can you believe it? I got a freaking bone splinter up under my finger nail. I've never had that happen.

Speaking of fanfic though, sometimes it's a really good thing, that instant boost to the ego when you need it. Yeah occasionally you get the trolls but for the most part it's fun seeing people be happy with your work. Now to get them this happy with my original fic.
