It was a horribly slow night even though it was Halloween. It was pouring rain, cold and foggy. it wasn't that great. A local radio station did come and cover us. I got in a few good scares but it ended on a sour note almost. The teen volunteers went thru with one boy going you all can't scare me and acted like a tough guy. He shone a light down my tunnel and goes 'nice hiding. i can see you. come on scare me.' so I didn't even bother. Afterward he comes over and says 'you suck at scaring' then proceeds to do the same to all the other teens working the barn. I'm like you are such an ass. Why are teens so damn mean? We were just about tear down when we get a couple girls that were really scared so that was good. We struck half the set tonight which is about all I can do.

Didn't help that I was already annoyed. L, my coworker and fellow scare person backed out of going to dinner because she didn't want to carry her costume in. Why not just say that in the first place.it took me 30 minutes last night to pack three bags, took multiple trips to the car etc etc . sigh.

we did poorly with the pre med club's halloween bake sale also because of the crap weather.

then a neighbor stopped me at 10 when i came home, the one who's been causing trouble. He walks around this place all night which is creepy. He wanted to talk to me about his daughter who took up with this guy from the internet when she was 15 (3 years ago) who is some AWOL soldier who is now discharged and living off dad's social security(and Com's money since his wife is the one I've been paying to do the garden) and he wants the guy arrested for statutory rape (why now and not 3 years ago when she was a minor and he was in his 20's I have no idea). I tell him i don't know. Well can you look it up on the internet (I'm thinking why the hell don't YOu do it). I tell him not now,the computer is dead and that he'd be better off talking to children and family services and that started a rant about them. thank god someone else popped out to talk to him and I slipped off.

hopefully I'll have pictures up soon. I need to go shake off the blues and get ready for nano.

I would have given the creepy neighbor an icy stare and stated "You're telling me all this...why?" then walked off.
