I don't know what it is about so many of the houses you link us to, but I can feel the depression cooties oozing out of the computer screen. I know you can't afford the South Street house, but you still need it. It's the only happy house I remember seeing on your posts. Garden Shack is at least neutral, and all the paths and beds make it a gardener's dream home. Being near Athens is a definite plus.
I guess the overweight guys looking for fashion models don't realize that skinny girlfriends come with baggage--they jog, they work out at the gym, they live on wheatgrass smoothies and avoid beer and Big Macs. Somehow I don't see the Big Bubbas looking for love being willing to put in time on the jogging trail with those athletic sweeties they fantasize about.
