Birthday Fic and awards

Here's the second chapter of bashipforever 's birthday fic, Just a Devil with Love to Spare in which Buffy makes the boys pay for their drunken lechery. Thanks to ELD for the beta and to Kristi herself for all the great suggestions.

And now awards. From the Of Stakes and Spells awards (check them out for their last round, physical prizes to be awarded) , two for Dream within a Dream, a post Chosen/Home AR of S5 wip where Connor and Dawn are dating (to Angel's chagrin) when Buffy/Faith arrive for the holidays. This is one I could use input on since I set it aside and now need to find direction. (especially for Lindsey. I know he's there to help but for the life of me I don't remember with what). One for best angst and best fic in gen.

  

 

And won a bundle from The Potential Awards (as always check out these awards and the challenges)

Fata Viam Invenient won a black rose and for best action. This is the Connor/Gwen (trust me, it works) future fic  

Walk a Mile in Sorrow, the Dawn pregnancy story that kicked off Box of Crayons took runner up in the Dawn/Anya/WIllow category  

And another Crayon story The Holly Green , the Sorcha/Angel/Buffy christmas tale, took a best quote award  

 

The games of Childhood, the Steven/Holtz tie up and hide and seek in hell story took runner up for best Connor/Wes/Lindsey and runner up for most original plot   

And Here at Life's End, the angsty AR of S5 where Connor DID blow himself up and Angel has to deal with the aftermath took best other male.  

 

aren't they all just wonderful and pretty?

Yeah, I can too, that's the main reason I haven't yet started up an award site or something along those lines, if I do I'd want to be able to keep up with it and right now I just wouldn't be able to.

I did and it totally messed up my computer and I had to systems restore. Totally inabled my cd-rom and other essential systems.

Oh, eek. It didn't do that to me. I'm not sure, but that's what blocks my pop ups. It's excellent actually, not a single pop up since.

what it was doing was messing with all executable files on my data discs treating them as viruses which totally ruined their use for classroom work for me and any student who used that system.

I don't think I've ever left you feedback for Dream within a Dream. I really enjoyed what you've written so far, and I hope you plan to continue it soon. I like the complications that have arisen from Dawn dating Connor, particularly since Connor doesn't know who he is and Buffy is on her way to LA. You do a great job of writing Angel and Connor's relationship and I'm looking forward to reading where you're going to take it next.

I wanted to edit my earlier post but since you can't edit comments, I just deleted it. However, I didn't want to not leave feedback for Just a Devil with Love to Spare. I thoroughly enjoyed Buffy's revenge and I got a chuckle out of Angel's reaction. This fic is a lot of fun, I hope the rest is coming soon.

Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying it. You'll have to cover your eyes more in ch 3 Spike was supposed to do more but I think he's busy coveringhis eyes too and misbehaving with Illyria (don't ask where this is coming from. I hated Fred passionately but I'll ship Illyria with several people)
