Now I have almost no voice at all. It's been years since I've had laryngitis this bad. Like that time, my throat isn't particularly painful, just a little. The first time I was this bad, I literally couldn't speak. Figures. It was at a birthday party for my friend, Juan and I wanted to go because it was going to be a night of dancing at some Puerto Rican club in Cleveland. I wanted to dance with a guy a year behind me in medical school. Javier. Boy was he cute. Naturally, I couldn't make a sound and he seemed more interested in someone else. I ended up catching the eye of another guy in Javier's year. I can't for the life of me remember his first name but his last name was Nguyen which I only remember because of Dustin Nguyen). He was French- Vietnamese, a war baby. (I can remember all that but not his damn name. sheesh).

Oh well, trip down memory lane over. Today was kinda creepy in one respect. I had to go to the Jackson Holzer clinic for the blood draw and almost ALL the lights were out in the waiting room but the tvs were on and full lights were on at the receptionists desks (except for the ones in the receptionists' eyes, boy were they not on the ball). It's like 'are you saving on electricity?' 'did the power blow and you're on generators?' And there was only one phleb and there were only 2 people ahead of me and it took 40 minutes. WTF.

Laundry on the other hand seemed to finish quickly. Just glad no one saw me getting the laundry out of the bottom dryer. Not only did I drop stuff getting it in the washer, out of the washer and in and out of the driers too, I guess my blood pressure dropped when I leaned down, everything went back and hit my head on the wall. Not hard. just enough to wedge myself against it so I didn't hit ground. Fun day.

I did get home and clean a little (kanda's mad because I really DID move that box out in the declutter regime), found more shit to clean in the closet including a suitcase I don't even remember having but am too sick to drag out and investigate. Got a test written but man it did take forever in Jackson today so I didn't even get back here until late.

Mom called and I told her she needed to come make me soup because I'm sick. She told me to get Kanda to do it. He didn't. Good for nothing freeloader.

declutter day30 item tossed -2010 phone book why kept- I put it on a shelf why tossed- I forgot it was on the shelf. 3 years out of date, bye bye
