Made it to PA

Woke up at 4AM with a migraine. By 9 Am I still couldn't even barely move without vomiting but i had to go finish packing the car soooo. I didn't really get going until 2 pm, sweating buckets and cursing because CVS messed up a script, again. Kanda, however, had a nice chat with the lady in teh CVS drive through. to his dismay, she didn't rescue him.

the drive home was nice but I did notice one thing, the drive from Jackson to Athens all the houses visible from the road all look like double wides. Once you leave Athens and head into Marietta, the houses look like houses. I'm definitely in the wrong area. Sigh.

Okay can anyone tell me, is Matt Smith out already? Mom is beside herself and is promising a boycott of the old doc.

I see my parents found my geek toys at Grandma's. A land speeder is sitting on this computer and the Falcon is flying on the bar downstairs.

Kanda is thrilled to be here. Room to RUN!

I mixed up my new creation that hopefully wont' suck, a tropical fruit couscous salad to take to the potluck tomorrow.

Not at all. He's already filming the 50th Anniversary.

There's hypothesis around the Who fandoms that John Hurt's "Doctor" was actually the REAL Doctor Nine, the one who destroyed Gallifrey in the Time War, and that the fellow we've been calling Nine was Ten, etc. In other words, Eleven is really Twelve.

I'm eager to see how this works out come November!

For all the "When will Matt Smith leave?!?" stuff floating around, from what I've seen, he's perfectly happy in the part. I think he'll at least stick around another season, personally.

I can't wait to see the anniversary special... six freakin' months!!!

My particular theory is John Hurt is an incarnation BEFORE the first one (William Hartnell) to call himself Doctor. He did or allowed something awful to happen, thus precipitating the burying of his name and using the Doctor title only from then on.

I saw something online that said that Matt Smith would be there through the first half of next season with John Hurt taking over the back half. (They're planning a split season again next year.)

I don't remember the source, so I don't know how reliable that is.

Doctor One is the only one we actually see/hear Clara interact with until Eleven (if I remember right), and the point is when he steals the TARDIS. I think we're about to learn the REAL reason the Doctor left Gallifrey. IMHO ^_^

It's ALMOST like "The Doctor" keeps getting younger and younger... I am not deep enough in the canon... but with glimpses, it looks like his body is younger, while his mind is much older and much fuller.
