I barely won and just in time because those novel edits are kicking my butt (let's be honest quite a bit of the two edits I had to do plus finishing the other novel are also in this word count by necessity.).

The edits SHOULD be simple. The publisher has a well defined color scheme for using highlighter but I think this editor has gone rogue. What is being flagged isn't what the color means and I'm not at ALL sure why it's been tagged (yes I've sent an inquiry).

And I have only a week with MORE scenes to add or at least fluff up.
