cornerofmadnessI had to do assessment stuff for work and deal with a student (more on that later)
I got the summer casual clothes out and the winter ones tucked away and cleaned some. Thinned out the manga ranks too since I Had to move them off the cedar chest anyhow.
Started to clean the bathroom. Realized that there was a lot of water on the floor, more than I could have possibly slopped with the toilet brush. I lean on the toilet to get a better look then realize it's the bottom seal leaking. Well fuck. The bathroom got way cleaner way faster than I intended. Run up to the landlord and he's not in. Naturally (nor did he ever show up). I have the water turned off to it. Well it'll give me more time to read up the living room while I'm at it. All the recyclables that have been stacking up for two weeks (L couldn't understand why I wouldn't bring them down to Gallipolis until I pointed out I don't have a garage to put them in. They're in my living space. I have to do it weekly. I even brushed out the cat.
My tooth is now killing me, well the gum around it is. bah. But hey made it through day of the diet and haven't murdered anyone yet. Did I mention it was 8 ounces of protein, a boullion cube and 2 multi vitamins all day. fun times.
I was amused that someone was so tickled by what I wrote in my review of Crimson Spell about what's taught at wizarding school they want to use it as a metaquote.
