Oh okay it is. One student brought her frilled and bearded dragons to class. They seemed more interested than some students. Probably easier to teach too.

I'm pretty sure my spine is falling out backwards. By rights I should take a muscle relaxer but I have a huge day tomorrow. It was so bad by the end of the day I had to pull a totally numbed out leg into the car and out by using my pants leg to puppet it.

I'm afraid I don't have time to try to do NaNo in November. I'm to busy making yule gifts at that time. I did one successful NaNo a few years ago, but it was more a source of frustration for me than being at all enjoyable.  I didn't get half of my gifts finished and ended up with loads of yarn I no longer needed in my stash.  Plus I had to buy gifts that I hadn't budgeted for, for which I had already spent money on yarn.  lol. I just learned that there is another event at a time of year that might actually work for me.  Maybe next year I'll try doing that one instead.

PS.. bearded dragons are cool critters.

yes it did. It darkened considerbly overnight

they do Camp nano in the summer which might work better for you (Only a man would jam this in the biggest month for getting ready for the holidays. January would have been better.

the bearded dragon surely was. She just sat on the girl's shoulder and watched me. The frilled was a bit more nervous about life.

Thank you for the bday wishes! It's actually today, & aside from wishing there was better weather, I think there's a Nor'easter hovering over LI so the weather's been crappy, it's been good. :D

The henna looks like it came out pretty well. For a second I thought you had three exclamation marks on your arm, which is actually pretty cool, but of course it's the Awen upside-down. I'd never seen it that way before.

I hope your back is feeling better by now. Spasms can't last forever (well, they probably can, but surely that's extremely rare).

the frilled was neat. he was henpecked by his bearded girlfriend. She kept biting him in the face whenever the owner paid him any attention

I checked out your NaNo novel page, too. Great cover, and of course I've wanted to read _Blood Red Roulette_ ever since you first floated the idea. Vegas is truly a 24-hour city, and I'm surprised more writers haven't based fictional vampires there.

Your characters need to talk to my characters. Mine are skip tracers. Finding people is their job, so they would know exactly how to find someone in Vegas. Too bad they exist in different universes (no vampires in Margot and Jackson's reality, alas, whatever people might say about St. Aug.).
