Ruh-Roh, I think things are not going well with my foot. We tried ultrasound with my foot today after doing a few more range of motion things and it looks like the soft tissue pain is getting better and that it might be the talar dome which is the bone where the foot articulates with the leg. He suggested a bone scan which isn't that specific. I still think MRI or CAT scan would be better.

Anyhow, we did ultrasound which beams soundwaves into the area. Its' designed to drive out inflammation and bring in healing cells. However if there's a bone fracture/bruise it'll make it worse. My ankle's hurt like a toothache ever since. It's not a good sign. I go back on Wed....at 730AM. yuck.
