My grandmother passed away

My grandmother passed away this morning around 4:15. Mom stayed with her and she was awaken then after turning the lights out at 4 by someone shaking her arm. She looked and realized Grandma was gone. About 5 minutes later the same thing happened to me then the phone rang.

The funeral won't be til later in the week so I'm going down for the start of class and returning later. Mom wanted me to go because I can't really miss a full week of class and she didn't want my help here (we've been planning this for a while due to her age and health).

Very sorry to hear about your grandmother - but how amazing, that she lived such a long life, in such eventful times. But I know she'll be missed, my paternal grandmother died in 1975, and I still miss her so much, her & my grandfather both.

Take good care of yourself - sounds like the next couple of weeks will be particularly stressful & tiring. *hugs*

She laughed though she doesn't know what type of novel it is. She thought it was funny she was being chased by a demon made of flowers at the Phipps Conservatory.
