But first happy birthday seta_suzume! Hope it's a great day.

I cancel all my labs this morning to go to the dentist (which I just typed as vet...uh). It was snowing like mad. I was like 'fuck it must get to dentist.' less than five miles into this, the goddamn windshield wiper blade falls off. WHY? On the high way nothing is sticking to me but once in town (where nothing has been cleaned) I had to put my head out the window to see (I had to keep going because the only place to get a new blade was in Jackson anyhow).

The dentist put a cap on my tooth. I need a crown. I know this. He said I can have a zicronium tooth like the fake diamonds which won't need metal (I'm Still reacting to the metal in my other crown 12 years later). It can be made any shade of white. I'm thinking but I want it to look like a DIAMOND. He puts on the fake cap and I'm like is this stuff any better than my stuff? Yes. Well it DID set up harder and is smoother. Now we have to wait on the damn insurance to approve the crown. They can expect harrassment tomorrow.

I do some shopping and banking and got a new blade (and ran over about a half dozen curves especially driving blind. School hasn't been canceled. I go there. I keep cutting my tongue on the edge of the sharp fake cap.

I eat a soft dinner of bean soup and more bean soup and some clam strips. And at 10 Pm the mother fucking cap broke off. I'm bleeding. I'm pissed. I'm calling them in the AM provided I haven't frozen to death by then. School is canceled. I'm rather hoping it's canceled or at least 2 hour delayed on friday when it's even colder. I also don't want to go to the play and I think this tooth might get me out of it.

Ugh, how crummy for you how nothing can seem to stay on your tooth until you get that crown. I think it would be the most fun to have it look like a diamond! At least it's good that you won't have to have metal again.
