Most baffling doctor's appt ever

So I had an appt with my GP. I don't remember making one. I know King's Daughters was very desperate for me to make one s/p that boob ultra sound so I figured they just made one for me. Doc was unaware of this. IN fact her damn nurse practioner didn't even TELL her about this. Now she had to sign off (I think, that rule may have changed since I stopped seeing patients) to get the ultrasound but it wasn't that. They couldn't even find the results which was done at Holzers. Sigh. She really didn't check me for anything. Mostly listened to me whine. Upped my stomach pills. agreed I NEED to make an appt for my stomach and I need to keep the boob appt this friday. And that my knee is in sad shape.

Also my doctor wears Wonder Woman high tops and I kinda like that. I also like she listens to me (today is the first time in a decade there was a snafu on lab work with her).

The laundromat wanted to be sure my last nerve frayed. One of the wash machines quit two minutes in (guess it decided the door wasn't shut enough) I know this because it's a 25 min wash and it was still reading 23 min to go when I came back to the laundromat (I sit in the next door library safe from the crazies). Sigh. THen the dryer didn't dry so instead of being done and home by 3, it was nearly 5.

I did get to use my 5$ off 20$ at the Big Lots. Which not only has out Halloween stuff and Thanksgiving stuff but also Christmas stuff. REALLY??

And thanks for all the comments yesterday. I don't mean to worry anyone with that post (or the facebook ones, though I scared mom) or look like I'm sucking around for attention. Just working through crap.

That kitten wants me so much. He stood there while I watered plants and got wet just to be with me. It's killing me.

Ugh for bizarre doctor's visits.

Yesterday we were given a notice that our apartment laundry would be unavailable for a week due to renovations, so today I did laundry at the public laundromat where I have met an entertaining assortment of reality-challenged people. Today was quiet, but dang, laundry prices have gone up ($4.25 for the large washer) and they STILL make you pay it all in quarters!

Little kittens...so hard to resist. So hard to find a home for. :/
