Not much got done

i forgot to call for my oil change. the stomach doctor's still haven't called me. They have til thursday and then I go apeshit. A week to call me to schedule an appt is enough.

I'm almost done with my Simmer story. It'll be too long. I'm hoping I can trim it up without having to pull out an entire subplot.

My novel is now officially in the Rainbow awards this year. I am not feeling confident. Soldiers of the Sun has been out for a month as has Snowbound and there is NOT ONE review on Amazon or Goodreads. Reviews equal sales. Sigh.

I was contacted by the editor of my story in GR's m/m romance from last year about this new LGBT imprint Nine Star Press. I know nothing about it but there it is.

I also got more info today about the Once Upon a Time in the Weird West anthology. I'm still SO happy I was asked by my fellow authors to be in this. At least someone appreciates what I do.

Tonight's shows: NCIS. eh same old same old

Scream Queens without being spoilery, I don't see how it can be a series for long to be honest. It DOES perfectly capture 80s horror but I missed the beginning and have no idea why these girls are trying to pledge the obviously overly white bread upper class sorority (which does it's best to be as stereotypically prejudiced as sororities are rumored to be so it is pushing a lot of hot buttons with race and LGBT issues), the pledges being anything but the perfect blond twigs the rest of the sorority is. This totters on funny and offensive so....

Limitless This made NO sense. So his buddy he hasn't seen in years hands him a pill and he takes it making himself super smart and yet instead of calling 911 when he finds the buddy murdered he flees and makes himself look like a murderer? Oh please. I lasted 15 minutes of this crap.
