Gardening and neighbors

I get a knock on my door tonight and the neighbor who gave me the stakes asked, 'you didn't hear me working out here?' Uh no I'm in the kitchen cooking. WHAT is this guy doing! He points the the shepard's hook straining under his load the holds up a bolster. I was trying to fix that but this isn't thick enough. I'll do it tomorrow.

Um....okay, thanks. Meanwhile i'm thinking you stood on my HYACINTH BEAN!!! I go and pull the poor plant back out of the garden (was meaning to do that anyhow, it doesn't like that pole either and won't climb it). Now I have to figure out how to handle the june bug problem in the garden too...
