For all who care, made it through, with a lot of help from a nice long phone call from evil_little_dog (send me the bill!) and all the topics of conversation managed to be benign (though found out my aunt and uncle don't like her either and cleared out when she arrived)

Trinity Blood the manga is far superior (no surprises) to the anime (which is better than I thought it would be). Father Nightroad is far too sexy to be a Catholic Priest and surely i'm not the only one who finds it highly amusing that Father Tres is an assassin droid priest (because really the Catholic church would be much more interesting with assassin droids)

Speaking of the Catholic church, had to call the priest twice last night to be sure he wasn't too drunk and passed out to do the last mass..
