argh yet again

i had a relatively boring weekend planned, just going up to columbus to hit borders for more manga and use up my personal shopping day and hit the Japanese grocery and the mall. ICE STORM. well, guess i'm not going.

and since Borders doesn't seem to allow you to use coupons, personal shopping days and I'm not even sure about the discount card, on line i get to lose it all (well except the card of course) Worse i'm still stuck in this house. So i tried to figure out Barboursville Mall. (half the distance of COlumbus but just as long since it's all country roads) in WV. No storm there...but Mapquest's directions are amazingly bad and don't mesh at all with the mall's directions in any way. I've never been there so I'm not sure I want to just blunder around. And if i put in 'mall road' it gives me different directions entirely which cross into KY and back. Seriously to save 10% it's not worth it

and then mom calls last night and says 'you know what, you're only an hour and a half off 77. We can't make the drive from Wilimington NC to Pittsburgh in one night since dad has trouble seeing in the dark now. We might be at your place tomorrow night.' I told her fine but i ain't cleaning. You can find the paths in the junk just like i do

and then i got so mad at mjules because in my dream this morning, she not only buys a puppy and a baby rabbit then tosses them outside in my yard and says 'watch these for me' and leaves. Meanwhile there's no leash on either of them and they're racing everywhere. I was gonna shoot her when she came home. She's just luck the alarm went off.

It didn't rain but I bet if i went it would have.

So I'm cleaning up the bathroom (i think this would be less onerous if I wasn't so damn allergic to cleaning sprays) anyhow while cleaning the tub, I hadn't realized the shower curtain knocked my razor onto the floor and I stepped on it.

Well i have one of those venus vibrating razors (because when you're a single woman the more things that vibrate the better). Not only do I manage to turn it on when I step on it, the blades are face up right into my heel. *face palm*

It’s meant very tongue in cheek. It’s just a fun challenge and hopefully cliché doesn’t mean bad. Given the prompt, the pairing should be obvious.
