the perfect ending to a sucky week

I get home to find some ebay wins are here (yay to that) and a big priority package from the government. Thinking it's my student loan suing paperwork I don't want to open it. It's been bad enough without that but I can't play ostrich. Turns out it was my passport. Yay to that. I can run free. Watch out world, I'm no longer confined.

So I was shredding junk mail. And in a completely plain envelop WAS the we're suing you paperwork! WTF I mean If I didn't have a rinky dink shredder I would have buzzed that unopened. WHO in their right mind would send something that important completely unmarked? I thought it was a piece of junk. Figures. That's how this week has gone.


bah and I still don't feel 100%. I'm very tired and still a little queasy.

anime babble and stuff I've bought

first off, the stuff from Ebay magic beans I really like the one with the pillow. I should scan that one by itself and icon it.

And while I was critiquing for my writers' group i was taking brain breaks at the library by peeking at one of the anime mag's seeing some cool stuff I wouldn't mind seeing. (keep in mind all links are going to wikipedia and there is mild spoilery stuff there)

A new one by Hiromu Arakawa called Juushin Enbu which sounds really cool but I'm not sure this is available in English (anime mag looks like it was written for kids by kids, it's often incoherent)

I saw a full page ad for this and it also was intriquing Shounen Onmyouji if you look under shounenonmyoujidvd.com you should be able to get more but I can't load the stupid thing on my dial up.

And I think my friend, Flippy, would like this one. It's by the people who did Hellsing and it has an odd quirk, it was animated after the voices were laid down to better match mouth to words Red Garden it's also very creepy sounding (though I'm not sure i like the looks of the characters)

And they had an interview with this J-pop star. I just liked his label of Kabuki Rock, that's enough to make me go look at you tube just to hear. Also I have a feeling Yukio from my original fic novel looks a lot like this though he's saying if I make him this feminine, he'll never speak to me again
