Big Faculty Meeting today

let's leave it at that. And honest to god Federal goverment WTF? The new FERPA rules allow for me to send a BLANK piece of paper around the room for roll call but NOT a piece with their names typed on it (which is naturally what the computer spits out at us) However we can call their name outloud from the printed sheet... Oh and we're allowed to let the students grade themselves and announce the grades they gave so long as we don't collect the papers and then turn them back before they announce it...really? how much drugs do you have to do...
Kyo the orange cat is back and now there's a THIRD cat out there. Roy didn't fuss much when Kyo got in today (he SULKED last night) but he beat the crap out of the third cat (then got his own self scared when Max the new shih tzu next door barked at him
