Author’s Note – written for the AU challenge for fma_fic_contest. Honestly, I didn’t think I would write one. AU’s aren’t something I’m really interested in and I’d consider this an AR truly. That said, after saying I wasn’t going to write for this prompt, Hohenheim reminded me of the favorite alternative reality/theory I have about a certain character’s parentage and that this would be the perfect showcase for it. Thanks to evil_little_dog for help with that
