banner day or yay I'm done and never let me have a shopping cart

I AM DONE WITH WORK UNTIL JAN.!!!!!!

Grades are in. WHEE. And can you believe the student center sent me someone to advise today? We're not even supposed to BE there other than to put in grades. They wanted me to sign him into my overfull class without any prereqs. I spoke to the guy (non-trad) and asked what he wanted to do and that's the one thing with older students, they're usually easier to handle, not as much attitude. I put him in the prereq class instead.

Then I hit the laundromat and instead of sitting in the library (which was a freakshow today, probably because it was freaking 60 degrees) I hit Wally World for some crap I forgot to buy (still forgot to buy saline). Let me say this: I hate shopping. I hate shopping Wally most of all and I MOVE when i'm in there. I hate slow shoppers. They make me insane.

So...I rammed an Amish kid. Gee, I felt bad about that one but we came around corners and boom. Next aisle over, I nail his dad's cart (and bruise my belly on the handle of the cart). I manage to get to the other side of the store, come around the corner and bam, slam into a student (I failed her). Sigh. Go into the frozen food and get T-Boned by my friend, the Indian Math prof. I'm lucky to have survived. As long-term friends know I HAVE broken toes running my own self over in this wal-mart.

Then I saw the latest chapter so once again, in spite of using something terribly spoilery, this came boiling out.
