you know the day isn't going to go well

when you wake up a half hour before the alarm, get up and hear a massive rain storm going in the dead of winter. I look in the mirror and the storm has done a number on me. I have a brillo pad on my head. Nothing is going to get the kink out today.

Snow is fine by me. I've said this before. it's RAIN that makes me hurt. I had to put a pain patch on which lasted less than an hour. Everything hurts. The shoulder is leading the way but the healed fractures in my ankles are like remember us?

I fight across the icy slush to get in the car and the first song on the radio. Highway to Hell yep sounds about right.

Work wasn't too bad. Had good news. Got 500$ put in my health savings account AND they approved 900$ for me to go to my conference. WHEE.
