I'm SO glad I'm not in the other apt right now. I was barely aware they had a dog. This is the lady who keeps begging me for money all summer. Well she has emphysema from smoking and now she's in the hospital with pneumonia and possibly a heart attack (most people have no clue how damaging to blood flow smoking is) Anyhow, the dog is in the apt by himself while her husband is at work. It's been howling like its b eing beaten since 6 AM and it's now after 930. I have never had a dog with such separation anxiety thankfully. My cousin did. It cost him three apartments before finally rehoming it with a husky rescue.I think just about everyone is ready to throttle this dog.

speaking of smoking, my laundromat insists on putting on the lowest common denimoter shows like soaps, Dr, Phil and Dr. Oz. today it was the latter. Paula Dean smokes.I have no idea how a professional chef could destroy her sense of taste/smell with cigarettes. Oz is going to help her and then goes on in a latter segment to promo fish oil. This is the man calling apple juice toxic and he's promoing fish oil. Fish have the highest levels of biological magnification of pollutions. Forget it.I'm not taking that and even if they didn't current fishing practices are abysmal and are leading to depletion of most edible fish. Way to promo Dr Oz. How about seeing if the omega 3's in flaxseed oils are just as healthy. They would have less collection of pollutions in the oil (which btw goes right into our cells) and are more sustainable.
