Happy Birthday to me

And Happy Father's Day to all the father's out there.

Mom let me sleep in (a little too long). She got me a Tom Tom to replace my gps. Now to pick out a celebrity voice. (My Brother has Mr.Burns)

I woke up with a headache unfortunately. I did, however, drive in to Pittsburgh to meet rain_oubliette who was in touwn on vacation. We went to the Heinz history museum. It's in an old warehouse down on the river. It was very nice. I had a good time but how disappointing was it to NOT find a single book dealing with depression era PIttsburgh for my demon hunter series. I saw a couple that had a chapter. It's all either steelmills or the revolutionary/french-indian wars. Sigh. By the time I left the migraine was fit to kill me.

We grilled out for dinner and mom got a cheese cake for both occasions.

Tonight I went down to my aunt and uncle's house.

I haven't had a chance yet to look at LJ but thank you in advance for the wishes and what not. I know evil_little_dog wrote stories i need to go read, rain_oubliette got me a cool shirt, helliongoddess got me a nice charity-friendly vgift, silvrethorn isenabling my tea addiction so thank you very much!
