A Snow Nurse outside the office
Oct. 30th, 2012 11:05 pmand snowballs in my mail box. Seriously.
It snowed, not tremendously much (not like some parts of WV who ended up a snow shield for us, sorry WV). It's the wet kind, the kind you just want to hit someone with because it's gonna splat and be so satisfying.
The nursing students made a snow nurse. They used leaves for her hair, berries from a Japanese cherry tree for her eyes and lips. They even gave her latex gloves. if all the rain doesn't melt her I'll get her picture tomorrow.
I got home to find a mailbox filled with snow (and very wet mail). I made snowballs and threw them into the creek.
It's our Math/Science club Halloween luncheon and I had to make the chili for the chili dogs/chili bowls. My house smells like chili. My fridge is stuffed with it. I kinda want to eat some now. If all goes well, I'll take pictures and all that jazz.
