Power is back
Mar. 7th, 2015 12:02 pmWe're home.
Kanda loved the hotel room once he calmed down. He was everywhere. Sneezing his fool head off because he's as allergic to dust as I am. He loved being able to lie next to me and watch TV and/or the big mirror. (on the night of minus 15 degrees when we were home, he oddly did NOT come into the bedroom except a couple times to look in my face. Then around 6 AM he decided to sleep with me. On. My. Chest. Dude, I'm struggling to breathe here, sleep next to me. Nope nearly 25 pounds on my chest. Die you cruel cruel woman, die.)
The only thing he didn't like was hearing people in the hall. I hated the hard ass bed which turned the pulled muscles in my back into a death spasm that made my right leg useless. Had to shuffle around. It's calmed down a bit now.
I'm having tea and going to go read that book I've almost finished and pretend the power is still out so I can justify a third day of lying around reading.
