A question for you all

It's getting closer to posting my SCOTUS decision gay marriage story and actually the main point for the blog hop is to highlight a LGBT charity. Most of my very little funds have gone to children's/veterans charities so a little help would be great.

I'm thinking of selecting one of these: free2luv, which is an anti-bullying charity or The Trevor Project which is a suicide prevention charity. Both, however, are relatively well known and reasonably funded.

Then I thought about my usual gifting style and found two other youth oriented ones It Gets Better & True Colors or for veterans AMVets for equal rights and Stonewall Columbus which helps vets in my own backyard.

So my question is, are there any LGBT charities that you like and would like to see supported? Any that you know are being mismanaged (because let's be honest FAR too many charities have CEOS sucking up half the damn donations). Thanks

Speaking of children's charities, tomorrow Dairy Queen is donating money to children's hospitals for every blizzard purchased.

Let's see good things here: My phone is back. Yep my landlord cut the phone line. Also the above mentioned story will be on the blog of a very popular LGBT author so that might get me a few more readers.

What's bad - I managed to shut my leg in the car door. Got a great gash and a bruise the size of fist.

What's all WTF - Did I mention an old electrical pole came down in the flooding and floated down stream and nearly took out my car? Well landlord has taken that pole and another dead one and is using them as a bumper in the parking lot where we pull up. Like it won't just float away....

I also love Salvador Dali. I was supposed to go to Tampa two weeks ago and didn't. I regret that because I couldn't go back to the museum dedicated to his work. I love it. Yes of course I love Persistence of Memory and had that on my dorm wall but let's share one a little less well known
