I hate to tell you...

That's how my brother started the conversation. He did confirm that the locking could be from the subluxing knee cap. He said "i hate to tell you but there is no fast fix. This will take months of hard exercise and life long maintenance to get you past this patellar-femoral pain syndrome.' Sigh. Okay I knew that really. I've lived with the subluxed patella since I was 18 but I'm out of shape, pathetic and older. He did agree my idea of going to PT for non-bike riding things and do the recumbant bike on my own on my off PT days. Wish me luck.

I have nothing new to add to any thought I've ever expressed about 9/11 other than now more than ever I'm saddened by the negative changes, the 1950s McCarthyism it seems to have spawned. I think it's better summed up as Never Forget.
