7 AM is WAY too early to be doing physical therapy

And my therapist was way too chipper for that early am. She was impressive though. I feel like she knows stuff and can convey it. SHe's a graduate from my college. Cool. She was found that some of my gluteal muscles aren't even firing. That would really contribute to my hip issues. SHe did insist I use my damn cane. Weird as it sounds, it's amazing how much a little cane actually does take off the pressure. I'm supposed to sit while teaching now.

I didn't end up going to Athens but I did get my four books from the library. I started reading the new Brandon Sanderson at dinner. He might be my favorite current fantasy author.
