Boy have 3-D movies changed

I haven't seen one since the Deathly Hollows and wasn't prepared for it to be so...like you're there but everything is kinda fuzzy. Honestly I think I'd rather see it in 2-D, less eye strain that way. I saw Dr Strange tonight and I loved it. I would love to know how they do the effects. I was annoyed by the mistakes in the medical part of it but other than that, I had a lot of fun with it.

then we went to grandma's house today to remove the last of the stuff. it was the last time i'll ever be in that house. that made me very sad.

THere was also a mass for grandma tonight so we went to that.

We went from there to my brother's. Thankfully he didn't talk politics. Dad tried (in the other room where I didn't have to hear it) so it was a good visit. I wasn't great company though, because I was depressed.

I did almost get into a fight with Dad earlier in the day. I just couldn't help it. I was telling them about the movie and mentioned your typical arrogant neurosurgeon. Dad said that wasn't nice and I said name one you know who isn't. His answer: Ben Carson. I said he's very arrogant (not to mention a lunatic). and of course he isn't wrong about that. 'even a lot of democrats like him.' I started laughing. I felt bad about it because you shouldn't laugh at people but I couldn't help it.

Made it home

An hour later than I should have because there was an accident on I-70 that ground traffic to a haul (Hopefully no one was hurt too severely, the cars didn't look that badly damaged).

Kanda is still mad we're back. It's not like I like it here either, buddy but it is what it is.

My car is still full of shit from Grandma's house, much of which is in a storage unit back home. Lucky Uncle asked about it and Mom didn't want me to say but I told him the truth. It's all in a storage unit (I had a lot of books etc at her house). I don't care that people know (i.e. Dad) ANd luckily that was the last of it for now.

My brother's emailing me again so apparantly he's talking to me again. I'm glad of it but if he had brought up politics last night I planned to point out the Pope said anyone agreeing with what Trump promised isn't a Christian (as my brother is very religious, that would have been nasty)

Nano Snippet The enemy mage took advantage of her distraction and launched the magical bonds at Camristy again, taking him back off his feet. One of her men got a collar around his neck and another tried to get shackles on him. A gun roared and the man with the shackles fell. Solan hurled her magic at the mage knocking her down. The red pearl that usually rode Camristy's shoulder flew at the mage, pecking at her eyes. (and I forgot the stupid bird half way through).
