Now the conincidences are getting creepy
Mar. 31st, 2017 11:35 pmI barely slept and every time I woke up these two songs were playing in my mind. I woke up singing them at least once.
and
The coincidence this time: I'm sad about today being the last day of Zumba Blitz on FB. Yeah I know I can play it elsewhere but i liked having it there. It's almost meditative. So I'm playing for the last time and listening to my new Abney Park CD (their latest) and the song is about a child's teddy bear tossed aside and forgotten. Thanks for the sads.
Yesterday was nice. I was just too tired to post about it. The Welsh fellows put on Tirweddau Mewn Parau. It was a paired art show of our two Welsh fellows who had gone to Wales and draw/sculpted landscapes there that echoed here in SE Ohio and it turned into 2 sets of paired artists as two Welsh artists, Andrew Baldwin and Bryan Thomas flew over and each had three pieces in the show. I loved it. I especially loved the one where an isle in the harbor off Abercastle was painted and surrounded by cast paper done to look like a tidal pool. The other one I loved was by one of the Welsh artists (Thomas) where he used a 3-D printer to make a giant crystalline-looking stone scraper with a gold tree threaded through it. The show will be going on tour. I was just as happy there were no prices because I know I couldn’t afford any of it.
I have to say I was more or less happy with how Grimm ended as a series and I loved that Sleepy Hollow didn’t end on a cliffhanger (well not really). I think they did a much better job this season that the last few (or maybe I’m just happy to get to see Mison’s face).
Note to self if you’re going to post political shit on Jana’s FB make it FRIENDS only. Moron.
Just before camp nano starts I managed to get up to ch 4 edited on Blood Red. Someone just posted ‘I hate everything I write.’ Yep I get that. No, I’m wondering did I edit this blind last time. SO MUCH WRONG. Really should just hit delete.
Not that camp nano will be much better.
And wow, some people can really hijack a thread (not mine). And yet another pot shot at women writing LGBT fiction. Sigh.
