That Wednesday Reading thing
Jan. 27th, 2021 10:03 pmTHere is nothing much left to say about today other than it was so hot we were sweating through our clothing. So let's have some books instead. I have read 10 books so far this month! WOW.
The last book I read
Grim Tuesday by Garth Nix. I got two audio books at a library sale as I absolutely love Nix but it turned out it was book 2 and 3 in a YA series (but I can't find the first one here) Well I decided to listen to this on the drive home and back and just finished it up recently.(and no longer really need to read book one) It's an interesting series where the Architect of the Universe (a woman) left her will in charge of 7 care takers, the Days, who have abused their power. Arthur has been chosen to fix this and all he wants is to be left aloen. It was fairly inventive and fun.
What I'm Reading Now
The Butterfly House by Katrine Engberg. It's a very engaging mystery. I've started reading the Poetic Eddas as well.
What I'm Reading Next The City We Became and Elatsoe have arrived at the library so those.
And I'm doing
